Mentok first appeared on his cloud of purple mind dust during the Shoyu Weenie vs. The Neptunes trial. Mentok then became the regular judge in the courtroom after Judge Hiram Mightor's unfortunate accident dealing with the Flintstone mafia in "The Dabba Don." Mentok always makes a grand entrance after being announced by his trusty bailiff, whom he tries so desperately to teach in the art of mindtaking.

You may remember Mentok the Mindtaker from one episode of the original Galaxy Trio series, when he brainwashed Birdman and sent him to do his evil deeds! Now, he applies his vast ability of peering into a witness' brain to better serve this country's courts!
